Co-Sponsors
The highest level sponsor
will be one of the organizers. The amount will be further negotiated. Professional
fields can be exclusive for further discussion.
The Conference will accept
approximately fifty (50) Co-Sponsors who will pay $50,000 cash each or equivalent
in-kind contributions.
Co-Sponsors will receive
the following benefits:
- The Co-Sponsor logo
will appear on the cover and the inside of the color brochure will be prominently
included in all newspaper, magazine and other advertising.
- Co-Sponsor logos will
be included on extensive signage at the Conference, on the cover of the
three-ring binder and tote bags distributed to Conference attendees and
on the speaker gifts given to all speakers and Co-Sponsors.
- Co-Sponsor logos will
be displayed on the web page for Conference with a two-way hot link between
the USAVA and the Co-Sponsor website.
- One table or booth
exclusively for each Co-Sponsor will be placed in a prominent place in the
foyer at the Conference site at which Co-Sponsor representatives can display
promotional materials.
- Co-Sponsors will be
acknowledged at the luncheon
- Complimentary Conference
registration for five individuals.
- The five individuals
who receive complimentary registrations as well as any additional representatives
who pay the admission price of the Co-Sponsor will receive name badges with
the caption "Co-Sponsor" and colored ribbons.
- Each Co-Sponsor will
have two reserved tables in the main luncheon room near the stage to enable
the Co-Sponsor and its guests to have seating in the main luncheon ballroom.
It is expected that at 2/3 of the attendees will not be accommodated in
the main luncheon and will participate in the luncheon in an overflow room
with a live video of the Keynote speaker.
- Two complimentary admissions
to the Conference.
- One full-page advertisement
in Conference handout materials.
- Color brochures will
be made available to the Co-Sponsor to mail to its mailing list or the Co-Sponsor
can provide its mailing list to the Conference which will mail the brochure
to the Co-Sponsor's list.
- Disk and hard copy
printout of all Conference attendees. The list of Conference attendees will
be made available only to USAVA and our Co-Sponsors in order to enhance
the value of this list, and we will require our Co-Sponsors to agree to
use the list only for their own purposes and not distribute it to others.
- Disk and hard copy
printout of the USAVA Membership List. 14. Free one-year complimentary membership
in USAVA for one individual.
